Where do I go once I get to the hospital

On the day of surgery, please arrive at Jordan Valley Medical Center and park on the east side of the facility, near the Starbucks on 3400 West.Enter through the Inpatient Entrance on that side of the hospital. Once inside, Admitting/Registration will be immediately on your left, where you will check in for surgery.
